Airless spraying
Airless spraying will give you first class results in a fraction of the time when compared to brushing and rolling. As a City and Guilds qualified paint sprayer, you can be assured that Joseph Brierley uses the most innovative airless spraying techniques to give you the most superior finish.
Paint selection
Only paints of the highest quality are used so you can be sure your newly decorated home will look its best for years to come. Choosing the right products is an important part of the process to make sure you get the results you’re after. That’s why our customers are presented with samples of different paint finishes on wood and lining paper during the quotation so that they can make well-informed choices. Water-based paints are used on finishes as they are the most durable and will not yellow over time like other paints on the market. For woodwork and ceilings Tikkurila paints are used as they are the most spray compatible and minimise mess. Benjamin Moore and Scuff X are also favourites as they’re very resistant to marks, making them perfect for furniture such as kitchen cabinets that see a lot of use. When it comes to wall emulsions, a more flexible approach is taken in paint selection but mainly Tikkurila Dulux and Johnstone’s are chosen.

Cleanliness ​
Protecting your home is always at the top of our list when working on your property. Surfaces and floors are protected with self-adhesive sheeting, which makes the work area much safer because it will not trip people up. Vacuum sanders are also used whenever possible to minimise the amount of dust left behind, making cleaning up much quicker.
